Fish Farm Thai Restaurant ♥ Ampang , Ulu Langat

August 17, 2010

It was another nice and casual Sunday for FamilyDay. Around noon we went to KL and pray Grandma for the Chinese festival thing ?? I don't know whats that also ~
Right after the prayers we went to this special place for dinner. Its at Ampang , Ulu Langat. Lucky dad have GPS so we found the place easily. It is a place hidden in the jungle of HUlu Langat and less than a couple kilometers away from the famous ' Look Out Point '
It was a great experience to try the Thai food there. The price were reasonable because we ordered 7dishes , plus 2coconut drink and dad ordered beer and also 2dessert and the total bil was only
RM168
. Cheap right?

It was a nice weather on that day , just after rain. So its cooling and windy.
Enjoy the place so much with their yummylicious food.

The Grill corner is located near the entrance. As you enter you can already smell the yummy foods. Immediately you will feel hungry! hehexx.....because I am!
So we ordered there famous dishes Steamed Talapia with Thai Sauce , this is AWESOME!

Steam Japanese snails. This is quite plain so you should eat with the Thai sauce.
Fried squid with salted egg yolk , this is something SPECIAL!
Grill Lamb , Tomyam Seafood soup , Omelet with prawns followed with the dessert Mango and sticky rice and also water chest nut.

and ME !
I was on light make up and hair all tied because I scared it will be HOT , but thank god it was a good day ,cooling and windy maybe because just after rain in the morning.

The business here is FANTASTIC , probably for their special concept with a village scenery which is different from other's and the food there are NICE too. They are always crowed , so don't go during the peak hours! Its advisable that you either visit during non peak hours or on weekdays. But definitely is a good experience for everyone for the very first visit =)
