OK , so its been really very long since our last family trip! This time could be the last because I'm married already and little brother is no more little anymore , he doesn't like to follow the family around. Everyone is all grown up , got their own friends own plan. Its very difficult to get all together and go for a holiday. So I must really appreciate this trip , because it could be the last family trip since that I'm married now. After 7 hours flight journey we finally arrived at Kansai International airport. We always did lots of homework before we travel , because we prefer backpack travelling rather then following tour but this time in Osaka it can be really confusing. Unlike Tokyo their railway track is very easy to understand. Osaka railway track has tooooooooooooo many different lines that link here and there!

When we first arrive we bought the ICOCA Hello Kitty card. It can be purchased at Kansai Airport Station. ICAOCA card is a smart card issued by JR West. This card can be used for journeys on the JR West network of trains and also on subways , private railways and buses in the Kansai area.Just like the Octopus card in HongKong, you can add value but note that the minimum you can add is 1000 yen. You can also use it in convenient stores and restaurants. Mainly we bought this card is because it is the only access from Kansai direct to Kyoto and we are heading to Kyoto first.

That's all for Day 1 , the journey had been exhausting for all of us. We decided to had dinner and rest in the room since is raining the whole day , we cant do anything also. The weather there is just nice , no need to wear long john , just long sleeve will do. Its about 16'c.
