Dinner @ Jiro Shabu,Taipan.
October 24, 2014
It was a rainy day and it was late right after we came back from Genting Highlands. Little one was so blur, because she is sleeping and we woke her up for dinner time. Couldn't find any restaurant that are still available for us to have dinner beside this hot pot. We were hungry and cold , so without thinking we just headed in to have our late dinner. The environment is very comfy, neat, and clean. There is revolving belt in the middle, just like those in the Japanese restaurants.
Bon Apetite!
Basically, there are five types of soup base to be chosen from: the Tom Yum Goong, miso soup, kimchi soup, 'Ma La' hot pot, and pork bone soup. I personally love their thinly sliced pork which is so tender and juicy and it takes only a few dips into the boiling soup to get it cooked. After the shabu meal, they served us the after meal drinks - icy lime juice. This is so warm-hearted in the sense that we got to get some chilling, refreshing icy drinks right after the hot shabu-shabu meal. Kinda satisfy with our meal , reasonable too. Friendly and clean environment!
